Sorry for the loss, the GT73 has the frame number on the head tube, and the vehicle also has a serial number on a tag. The original packaging also has a serial number.

Bought two GT73's for some alternating family fun. They are a little tall for my daughter but with some practice and guidance on how to hold up a bike that is taller and weighs more than her, she's off and having a blast! Having a hard time keeping her off the turbo setting until she's more comfortable with the bike :P.
As for assembly out of the boxes, I was able to put them both together in under an hour. The video instructions were very helpful. I used an upside-down 5-gallon bucket to balance the bike on during assembly. I did find it easier to install the rear shock after I installed the front wheel first as it would help balance the bike to make it easier to lift the rear wheel to attach the base of the shock.
The bikes came OTB with the speed limiter already off, but have only had it up to 34 mph so far. Throttle response is decent and there is only a millisecond or two delay from when the throttle is twisted to when the bike takes off. It has decent torque and will get to 25 mph quite quickly. All in all, these bikes are a lot of fun and super affordable! Still waiting on the free gifts (helmets, bike locks, and phone holders). Please be aware that the gifts do not ship with the bikes but will be shipped after the bikes are delivered.
I like the bike a lot, haven’t been able to get it to 50mph. It came with out the charger. The charger is coming in separate package which I thought was so dumb. So right now I have a bike that has no charge and can’t use it untill the charger comes. Very very frustrating, but when I did have some battery power in the bike it was awesome.
The Pro is powerful, last long, and has phenomenal off-road performance at the best price out there. It is rugged and built for long, fast, and fun ride. It is heavier than some bikes but still a standout option. I love this bike! It turns head everywhere I go.

My son has been wanting a dirt bike style ebike and the GT73 Pro is the real deal. The quality and performance for the price makes this a tremendous value. My son and I have been researching ebikes for a while and had some reservations based on the previous models reviews. I have to say that Riding Times really put together a great package with the GT73 Pro. In my opinion, purchasing an expensive Emoto (Electric Dirt Bike) is a mistake unless you intend to only ride off road. The GT73 comes with headlights, turn signals, brake light, horn and PEDALS! The GT73 provides the best of both worlds in the fact that it can go off road but it's also a BICYCLE! Laws on ebikes do vary depending on where you live. The Style, Quality, and Value make the GT73 Pro simply a great bike!
Awesome bike really lives up to its hype
Took awhile but was what we needed.
There are some positives to the bike, the price being the main selling point. The build quality is okay relative to the price. I had to make adjustments to the front fork upon delivery to tighten up the steering.
I recently found out that the rear tire does not have a disconnect close to the hub. After emailing support they confirmed I have to disconnect the power to the rear hub at the controller beneath the seat, and then unwind those wires completely from the frame to remove the rear tire. This is not an easy task and makes rear wheel maintenance, like patching the inner-tube, so much harder.
Overall a great experience for my first time on and the start up process was very simple even with the help of the manual i really recommend it for new riders!
