Great Customer Service

The bike is very easy to assemble. Mine arrived with a broken light, turn signal, horn switch. I contacted Riding Times and they promptly sent a replacement switch. This is my second e-bike, I am 81 years old and I find that this bike is very easy to mount and dismount. The bike is a quality bike and am very pleased with it. I may replace my other bike with another Riding Times bike. One bike will be in Florida and the other in Illinois.

Excellent electric bike, great customer service and logistics.

Riding times is the best option to buy an electric bike, its logistics and operation, its customer service and the confidence they give customers when making the purchase is phenomenal, the prices directly with the company are much better than buying them from companies like Amazon since they charge a higher fee for shipping, in my experience, I can say that I am in love with this electric bike, it is phenomenal and fulfills all the necessary functions to be able to transport yourself in the city, its firmness and its weight is enough to be able to travel on difficult terrains snow, sand, mud you can ride wherever you want, highly recommended the company and the bike, incredible customer service, they are a safe and guaranteed company that does not make you lose your money with this purchase.

Great bike

Needed a sturdy bike for a city with bad roads and was surprised that this one at its price point seems to be doing better than more expensive options. Has great shock absorption and a smooth ride. Was easy to assemble and with 200km on it so far I am happy with how things are going with it. Only negative is that I'm a bit taller at 6'3"~ and its hard to sit comfortably and pedal but with the seat extender I can ride smoothly to work and back.

Great transportation for a busking musician

I have Only driven this gt53 electric bike 10 or so times. It works well but still getting use to everything. It was shipped on time and arrived on time. It was super easy to assemble. It holds all my music equipment so I can busk anywhere. Parking is super simple and I like the extra anti-thift features. Goes fast enough for in city driving. I wouldn’t want to go much faster that is for sure. The hydronic brakes are excellent. Takeoffs are fast. LED dash is well light and easy to understand. Setting were pretty user friendly. It goes into park mode too fast but I am sure there is a setting to increase that. When in Park mode it doesn’t back up. Easily released. The turn signal are hair trigger so I don’t use them. I just do hand signals instead. Less distracting. I finding a small hop in the front wheel at high speeds so I need to address that quickly. May just be tire pressure. Shocks are not broken in but are smooth. Very quiet even when the cargo pocket is empty.

Super fun bike to ride.

Super fun bike to ride. I'm a Moto guy and it has pretty good suspension for what I want to do with it. We have some jumps by our house and it handles great. I also like riding a pretty good distance on the street all on throttle mode and it has more than enough battery. Definitely worth the money. I ride it every day.

Thing feels amazing. Everything runs smooth and I take it to work. Saving about 500$ a month from uber. Like sheesh should’ve bought one months ago 😭. Would’ve probably had so much more money saved. You live and you learn.

It's a nice starter bike

I couldn't find anything online and cs said it's a brand-new model so there are no youtube reviews about it yet. Anyway, support was friendly and said I could return it if I'm not satisfied. I just got it and took it for a spin so here are my thoughts. First of all, it's an ebike, not a surron but hey it doesn't cost that much either. For what it is I think it's a great buy, especially for lighter riders and getting around town. It's got enough juice to reach about 35mph and I'm around 180 pounds. The frame and suspension give it pretty much the same feeling as surrons when it comes to riding at that speed on the streets. It's quick and gives a nice kick when accelerating. The frame is simple and I think it's a good choice for hobbyists. It looks like it could fit a more powerful kit too and modding it should be fairly easy. Suspension and brakes should be able to take more punishment so I might try that sometime. Overall it's a fun surron lookalike and I'm going to keep it.
